The cozy and intimate feel of the hotel was impressive, making it perfect for a city break. The location was ideal as it was close to the city center and offered easy accessibility to various tourist attractions. The rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and fresh. The comfortable beds and soft linen contributed positively to my stay.
The breakfast was somewhat below par, with only a few options available. the language barrier was a little challenging, with some of the staff not conversant in English.

The breakfast was very good, also I liked that it was very silent in the room and I could have a good rest without being disturbed by any noise.
The was a disgusting smell of smoking in the room, when I arrived, so i had to ventilate the room for about a 2 hours by openning all the windows. Also in the morning I found some crawling insects in the bathroom which usually appear due to high humidity.

Good location, peace and quiet, friendly personnel. A lot of delicious food on the breakfast (fish, cheese, ham, salads, oatmeal porridge), fruits and vegetables of our breakfast are very various and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and we appreciated the daily clean towels. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the good heating made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the nice lady at the reception who spoke excellent English. The location on a lake, although under construction, was still enjoyable and provided a scenic view.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a few positive experiences at the hotel. the room was quite spacious and had a good heating system. the daily clean towels were a nice touch. The location is convenient as it is situated close to the city center. The breakfast bread was tasty, and helped us start our day on the right foot. It was also nice that room service provided good quality food so we didn't have to leave the room on a cold day.
The Negative aspects of the hotel are many. While the lady at reception spoke good English, the rest of the staff struggled with the language.
